Frequently asked questions
Does the driver speak Arabic?
Yes, fluently. He lived nearly 30 years in Saudi Arabia and knows your customs. He also speaks Turkish, so he translates for you at restaurants, shops and the hotel.
Is the price per person or per car? Any extra fees?
Per car, with the driver, so the whole family pays the same. Osman confirms the final price on WhatsApp before the trip, with no hidden fees.
Is the car just for us? Is it suitable for families?
Yes, the car and driver are yours alone all day; we never add other passengers. Osman is used to Gulf families and respects your privacy.
Can we stop for prayer? Is the food halal?
Of course. We stop at mosques along the way at prayer times. Food in Turkey is generally halal, and Osman recommends halal restaurants he trusts.
Will you take us to shops for commission?
No. It's your trip: stop where you like and move on when you want. Osman will even warn you about shops that overcharge tourists.
Can we plan our own itinerary?
Of course. Tell us how many days you have and what you enjoy (nature, snow, shopping, food), and Osman suggests a day-by-day plan you can change anytime.
Do you pick up late-night flights?
Yes, we work 24/7 and track delayed flights. We are very close to Trabzon Airport. Just send your flight number on WhatsApp.
Is the car big enough for our family and luggage?
The Mercedes Vito VIP is roomy and comfortable for a family with luggage. Send us the number of people and bags on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before booking.
What if we stay overnight in Uzungöl or Ayder?
No problem, the driver stays there too. His stay is $20 per night. We can also suggest a family-friendly hotel or chalet.
Are the roads safe in winter?
Yes. The car runs on winter tyres and we check weather and roads daily. If a road is closed we suggest an alternative.
When is the best time to visit Trabzon?
In summer (June to mid-September) the plateaus are green and the weather is cool and pleasant. In winter there's snow in the mountains, usually best in January and February.
